  • Barium x-ray
  • Blood tests
  • Other tests, as deemed appropriate

The primary treatment goal for gastroparesis related diabetes is to regain control of blood glucose levels. Treatments include:
  • Insulin
  • Oral medications
  • Changes in diet
  • Feeding tubes and intravenous feeding in severe cases
