Shelley, Robin, and Karen were so friendly and comforting and were such a great team. Dr. C had excellent bedside manner and made sure to introduce himself before the procedure. Such a high level of professionalism and caring attitudes from everyone I encountered. I’ve been going to this lovely place for years! The best! Jordan Lyles2025-04-17Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Where do I start with this crew of talented individuals? I began searching for treatment roughly two weeks ago from the time of posting this. GIH was the first place not only to answer my call, but to take me seriously. Immediately upon calling I spoke to one Ms. Frye. She was caring and genuine, you can tell she gives a damn. Immediately upon hearing my symptoms and situation she instructed me to fax her my Urgent Care discharge papers. Shortly after doing such I was told I had been given the green light for a semi-urgent endoscopy. Soon I was put on the phone with Christine, a wonderful secretarial manager, and scheduled my endoscopy. I called them for the first time on April 14th. I received treatment by April 17th. The entire process was comically easy to schedule. Upon arriving for treatment, I was greeted by a kind front desk staff that were unfortunately having computer trouble. Irregardless they performed their duties as if nothing was impeding their work. Eventually I was sent to an endoscopy waiting room and then taken back to begin prepping for my procedure. I originally spoke to Shelly, a kind and knowledgeable nurse who essentially gave me the rundown on what I was getting myself into with instructions on what I needed to do for procedure preparation. After she exited my room I had the pleasure of meeting Rhonda. She placed in my IV for sedation before the surgery. I need to honestly say, one of the best IVs I've ever had placed in. Typically careless nurses allow a small bubble or two in the line. Not Rhonda. It was straight saline fluid the whole time. Two wonderful members of staff. Next, I met the Anesthesiologist. In the interest of keeping their opinions private, I won't share their name. However, they're very experienced and genuinely kind. They explained how my anesthesia would work, making sure of a few final things before rolling me to the procedure room with Rhonda. I then got hooked up to all of the necessary equipment to monitor my vitals. While talking with the anesthesiologist I was told that despite the fact they do anesthesia for many different offices in the area, they only allow this office to help them with any GI issues they may experience. Eventually the monitoring nurse came in and spoke with me. Also a very kind person. Then, Dr. Cvetkovski enters the room. He introduces himself and immediately wants to hear me out. What symptoms I've had, what I've gone through, etc. I shared my concerns and he agreed with me. He genuinely made me feel safe and cared for. Soon after it was time to begin the endoscopy. The last thing I remember was telling the operating team I was wearing my mom's Christmas socks and that the anesthesia looked like milk. To my understanding, the procedure went wonderfully. Upon waking up I was in a comfortable bed with a blanket. I believe Rhonda brought me a water bottle with a straw too. In my stupor, I promised them all a 6 star review. I can only hope that's what this amounts to. Comically happy patient here that intends to utilize this gastroenterologist until the very end. From the pre-call nurses, to the receptionist, the nurses, tech, anesthesiologist, and Dr. C - all were very professional, helpful, courteous, supportive, and went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and cared for. Not a fun thing to do, but they were so caring and helpful. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! donna pace2025-01-06Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My husband and I both see Dr C every 3-5 years. Dr C is the best Gastrointestinal Doctor we have ever been to. I can not imagine going any where else for a colonscopy or treatment for diverticulitis. He has a great bedside manner and his staff makes you feel at ease. C Z2024-12-28Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I cannot recommend Dr C highly enough. Aside from being a skilled and professional physician, he has a patient, kind, and thoughtful bedside manner. Dr C exemplifies what we all look for in a physician. Additionally, every person I spoke with, either by phone or in person, was friendly, considerate, and helpful. I am so thankful for, and appreciative of, the care provided by Dr C and the entire GIH team. Connie Allen2024-10-24Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
