North Carolina State Health Plan Network Update

Happy New Year!

The State Health Plan (Plan) appreciates your partnership in the Clear Pricing Project (CPP) and for being part of the NC State Health Plan Network.

We have a few reminders for you about the exciting incentives offered to our members. These incentives were effective as of January 1, 2021.

  • The Plan has implemented new incentives for our members who choose to visit a CPP Provider.
  • Members who select a CPP Provider as their selected Primary Care Provider (PCP) have a $0 copay for that visit.
  • Members are able to change their selected PCP at any time and a new ID card will be generated for them. To change their selected PCP, members can either call the Plan’s Eligibility and Enrollment Support Center on the back of their ID Card or make the change online via the Plan’s online enrollment system.

Below is a chart of the copay incentives now offered to our members:

Please ensure that your entire office staff is aware of the new copay incentives with the State Health Plan and remind them that your practice is participating in the Clear Pricing Project.

Members are able to view more information regarding CPP on the Plan’s

Thank you again for your continued support!
