New AGA patient education video, take the steps to get tested

The AGA has released a new video explaining why people of screening age should get screened for colorectal cancer. The video demystifies the idea that only someone who feels ill should get screened and highlights the positive impact a screening can have.

The video, titled “Why Screen for Colorectal Cancer?,” also demonstrates why getting screened for colon cancer starting at age 50 is so important and provides information on the initial steps patients can take to get the conversation started with their GI.
